Welcome to our organic shop. We sell organic lamb and beef which is delivered direct to your door.
All of the cows and sheep at Wintershall are born and raised under strict Soil Association standards, which restrict the use of chemicals and pesticides. We use a local abattoir to minimise the stress of travel and our meat is hung in the traditional manner. The result is top quality food that tastes the way meat should.
